The food was good with a huge variety of alternatives. The property was ideally situated a 10-15 minute walking distance from a huge aquarium.

Clean hotel and nice restaurant. Fine meals with complimentary drinks. Good sized and functional room and absolutely clean bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a shower. Friendly check in & the service was good.
Horrible area.

Had cheap and immaculately clean room, exceptionally nice breakfasts, you guys rock!
The hotel is big and fairly clean with a nice restaurant, I had a GREAT stay. The staff were exceptional, pleasant. The property was ideally located a super close walk to Bonus Arena. Liked to hang out in the center, it's at walking distance from the hotel.

For the price-performance ratio I had already had more beautiful stays in England

The staff were super polite n helpful, really good location too. It was quiet at night so we got a comfy sleep. I like how they upgraded our room for free, that was nice.
The hotel felt kinda tired n needed updating. There were some stains in our first room which was gross.

Great location, nice staff. The room and bathroom are clean. Breakfast is simple but very cheap. The hotel has the charm of the past "elegance". The price is more than excellent!

Couple looking for a basic stay
Got a clean double room with a good sized bath, staff moved us quickly when we had a jammed door. The jacuzzi was a nice touch even if it needed a shower curtain
it wasn't exactly cheap but for the quick upgrade it was acceptable

This hotel is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in, in my life. Not only are the reception staff extremely rude, they are inapropriately dressed. We booked 2 rooms for my friends birthday they gave my friend a twin room instead of a family room and also charged her the price of a family room and would not pay her back the difference. In my room we found a very mouldy cheese burger in the drawer (black mould) and when we consulted reception about it they claimed there was nothing they could do and that the managers of the hotel happened to be "away" and also spoke to us very violently and rude. Not to mention that when we searched under the very uncomfortable bed for something that we had lost there were dust and food under there. Also the parking facilities are very poor. I would not recoment this hotel to someone living rough on the street.

Request a room on the upper floors for a quieter experience, as street noise might disturb your sleep on lower levels.
